New Agenda 2026

We have reduced the number of webinars to four, taking place in January, March, May, and September, with an additional meeting dedicated to news and a user forum. This provides us with more time between webinars to review the scripts thoroughly and produce the videos. We had to postpone the march webinars for that reason.

All trainers should implement this new agenda as soon as possible, as having a set schedule will help encourage webinar participants to attend future sessions.

Support from Uganda

I will train the team in Uganda to prepare the scripts directly in Africa, ensuring that the Polaris manipulation terminology is pre-checked. We can also provide an audio file, which will significantly reduce the time required to review each script.

The team will also ensure that the two Rotary clubs in your language district are prepared so that the live demonstration can be delivered in the same way as shown in the short videos. We will make sure that these videos are available in all languages before the start of the webinar, even if the scripts have not yet been fully reviewed. This approach will enable trainers to prepare for the webinars in their respective languages as effectively as possible.

Support with the webinars

We will provide you with all scripts, a screenplay, all demo-pictures, demo-member dates and demo-texts for the presentation in the folder Webinar ?/26 in your language at least 2 weeks prior to the presentation

Maybe you face problems with the live demonstrations during the webinars, which are the most important part of the Academy program. If this is the case, I can offer you to do the live demonstration during your presentation in the district of your language, according to the script:

French:

Nederlands, Swedish:

Live demonstration in English or demonstration while the moderator is speaking his language

It is possible for me to attend all meetings on 26 January. However, if you would like this opportunity to be available throughout the rest of the year, we will need to discuss and agree on suitable dates.

Analysis of the January-Webinars in a board meeting

During the academy board’s in-person meeting in Basel on 7 February 2026, with Estelle Ducept attending as the Trainers’ representative, we will conduct a thorough review of the initial webinars across all language groups. Our aim is to pinpoint any challenges encountered and collaboratively develop effective solutions. Continuous improvement is at the heart of our philosophy; with each webinar, we strive to enhance our approach and outcomes.
